Position : SETTER

Core Offer(s) : $15k to $20k Airbnb Offer

Daily KPI: 150 dials or 3 sets daily

Schedule, Requirements, & Standards :

Full Time required with high standards and accountability

  • The top performers on this offer are focused on it full time with high standards and high accountability.

    • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST

Base, Commission, & Bonus Structure: 

  • Base:

    • $1,500/month base for the first 2 months

    • Base pay is not guaranteed during the first 30 days.

      • If the individual churns within the first 30 days, base pay will not be issued.

      • Once the individual successfully completes 30 days, they become eligible for base pay.

    • After 60 days, the base converts to a $1,500/month draw, meaning it must be earned back through commissions.

  • Commission:

    • 3% on Cash Collect

  • Bonus:

    • 2% for $100,000 collected in a month

    • 2.5% for $150,000 collected in a month

    • 3% for $200,000 collected in a month
