Overview : LaunchVector helps entrepreneurs buy and grow profitable e-commerce brands by handling sourcing, vetting, and operational setup—so owners can step into a cash-flowing business fast and focus on scaling.

OTE: (On Target Earnings) : $8k - $12k/mo for a high performer after ramp up

Schedule, Requirements, & Standards : US/CAN ONLY

Full Time required with high standards and accountability

  • Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm US Hours

  • Weekend Hours: optional

Daily KPIs : 150 dials + completing daily assigned follow-up tasks and call-confirmations

Mandatory Team Meetings:

  • Mon-Fri, 9am MST (45mins)

  • 1-1s with Setter Manager weekly (45mins)

Base + Commission Structure:

Base

  • $2500 base pay

Commission

  • $150/200/250 per appointment based on show %

  • .5% per direct booked closed sale
