Overview : At BNB Investor Academy, they teach people how to find, acquire, design, launch and effectively manage short term rental properties on sites such as Airbnb and VRBO. Through advanced research and automation software, they are able to help teach people how to cash flow thousands per month through short term rentals.

  • Just a quick note—this role is only open to U.S. / CAN -based reps.

OTE: (On Target Earnings) : $4K–$6K/month for a high performer, with lower target earnings during the first 60–90 days while ramping up. After ramp, high performers typically earn $8K–$12K/month.

Communication Channels : Dialing + texting + Zoom Triages (earned after ramp/and within KPI)

Schedule, Requirements, & Standards :

Full Time required with high standards and accountability

  • The top performers on this offer are focused on it full time with high standards and high accountability.

    • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST

    • Must be available on Slack during 9am to 8pm (when calls are on calendar those days)

      • Weekend Hours: Available to dial (to hedge for KPI)

    • Mandatory Daily Team Meetings from 11am to 12pm EST

    • Mandatory 1-1s with Setter Manager (TBD)

  • Daily KPI: 150 dials minimum to get to 5 sets/day (current team is hitting this consistently / reps will have support to hit that)

Base + Commission Structure: 

  • Commission: 

    • Base Draw: $3,000/month for the first 60 days during ramp-up.

    • Commissions:

      • $500 per closed deal (deals 1–5)

      • $600 per closed deal (deals 6–10)

      • $700 per closed deal (deals 11+)
