Business : At Acquisition.com, they partner with businesses aiming to scale to $100M and beyond. They assist in recruiting the right talent ('the who'), collaborate with their partners to define strategic goals ('the what'), and provide guidance on execution ('the how'). With these three components in place, businesses are positioned for rapid growth.

OTE: (On Target Earnings) : $55–75K base salary + Commission

Position : Setter

  • Requirements:

    • 6+ months experience in an SDR/BDR role

Schedule, Requirements, & Standards :

Full Time required with high standards and accountability

  • US candidates only

    • Candidates must be located in one of the states we are authorized in:

      • CA, FL, GA, IN, MI, MN, NV, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, WI.

  • Expected Hours

    • 6 days a week M-S (Saturdays are more like half days with additional trainings).

    • 2 shifts: 8-6pm PST or 9-7 EST.

  • Training

    • We are BIG advocates of training. Every Single Day.

    • Our SDR Manager comes from 7th level and owned his own sales training agency previously.

Base & Commission :

  • $55–75K base salary

  • Up to $10K in annual commission
