  • This is a full time W2 position with robust base pay + benefits

  • Purely warm pre-qualified leads booked onto your calendar

Core Offer : $7,800 1:1 coaching program

Communication Channels : Hour-long Zoom calls with warm buyer leads booked directly onto your calendar

Schedule, Requirements, & Standards :

Full Time required with high standards and accountability

  • US candidates only

  • Expected Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday-Friday, plus some evenings and weekends - 7+ one hour Zoom calls per day

    • ***Note: This team is pulling 50-60 hours per week. Do not apply if you aren’t wanting to enter a grind season.

  • Weekend Hours: Sales reps are required to work at least every other weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday) and 2-3 evenings each week on an alternating schedule

  • Important: There are mandatory daily sales team meetings M-F at 9am EST/6am PST - depending on your time zone and ability to wake up early, make sure this is not too early for you to commit to (Note: If you are in PST time zone, there is flexibility to take a break after the meeting and start your day later)

  • Culture: If you’re only one minute early, you’re late. Team members who are not impeccably on time will not have a place at this company. This is for people who want to grow.

  • Dress: You are expected to dress/groom like a billion-dollar sales pro representing one of the fastest growing companies in the world. Collared shirts for men, blouses/nice tops for women, professional background, no hats, etc

Base, Bonus, & Commission :

  • $31,200 per year draw

    • First 60 days is guaranteed base

  • Health benefits immediately
