Overview : Profitable Tradie is a world-class business coaching and training company dedicated to transforming trade-based businesses (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, etc.) into highly profitable, streamlined, and owner-independent operations. Through coaching programs, tools, and training, they teach owners how to implement better systems for pricing, hiring, marketing, and operations so the business becomes less dependent on the owner and more profitable overall.

OTE: (On Target Earnings) : $15K–$25K/month after ramp up (Top performers consistently earn $30k+/mo)

Schedule, Requirements, & Standards :

  • The top performers on this offer are focused on it full time with high standards and high accountability

  • Monday to Friday in PST time zone

  • Average Close Rate : 60%–70% (2 calls taken per day)

Compensation:

  • $2k per close

Must-haves:

  • Ability to work in North American time zones

  • Must be able to handle a rigorous, multi-stage interview process including role plays

  • Thick skin, not easily offended by strong language

  • Elite sales ability – Able to cut through the BS and ask the hard-hitting questions

  • Ability to dig deep into pain points and "burn the platform"

  • Able to challenge and hold business owners accountable at a high level

  • Ability to get down on the level of a trades business owner
