Recognizing that the hiring process can be overwhelming and time-consuming, HireBus offers streamlined, effective solutions that simplify recruitment and help business owners build the teams they need to succeed.

OTE: (On Target Earnings) : $8k - $12k/mo for a high performer, with lower target earnings in the first 60-90 days while ramping up

TOP REP PAY: Top closer is making $11k monthly

Position : Closer

Core Offer(s) : Fractional Recruiter Programs/Software - giving home-service businesses the top 3% of talent

  • Price: $3k/year - $100k/year (depending on the service)

Call Type : Warm Inbound Leads

Communication Channels : Zoom / Phone Calls

Schedule, Requirements, & Standards : US & CAN ONLY

Full Time required with high standards and accountability - Potential travel to trade shows up to four times per year (flights, hotel, and food covered)

  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM PST/MST (MUST be able to work West Coast hours)

    • No Weekends

Commission, Base, & Bonus Structure: 

  • Base Pay: $3,000/month draw against commission

  • Monthly MRR Quota: $12,000

  • Commissions:

    • 8% ARR commission up to 100% of quota

    • 9% ARR commission up to 120% of quota

    • 10% ARR commission above 120% of quota

    • Percentages are retroactive to all net new sales within the calendar month

  • Clawback Policy:

    • 75% clawback if canceled after Month 1

    • 50% clawback if canceled after Month 2

    • 25% clawback if canceled after Month 3

  • Quarterly MRR Quota: $36,000

    • $2,000 bonus for hitting quarterly quota

  • Additional Bonuses: Occasional team bonuses
