Overview : Grow AI helps entrepreneurs launch and scale successful AI arbitrage businesses. They provide the complete system—including training, tools, and support—to help clients generate high-paying AI service contracts, implement AI solutions for businesses, and scale their operations.

OTE: (On Target Earnings) : $20k–$35k/month after ramp ($15k+/mo during ramp)

Top Rep Performance: $38k+ commissions in peak months

Grow AI is run by a publishing company called Offer Launch and they have other offers they are filling that they may pivot you to for consideration, if Grow AI is not a fit.

Core Offer: AI Business Coaching with different packages depending on how fast you want to scale and the level of support you choose:

  • $30k (core offer)

  • $5k-$15k (downsells)

Revenue: $500k-$1M+/mo

Marketing: $4k-$5k/day ad spend

Schedule, Requirements, & Standards :

Full Time required with high standards and accountability

  • 8 booking slots per day, 45-minute bookings

  • Preferred shift: 11AM–7PM

    • US/American candidates are highly preferred for this role

Team Meetings:

  • 15-minute daily huddle with Sales Team

  • Weekly sales training

  • 1-hour 1:1 with leadership (as needed)

KPIs:

  • Minimum 25–30% conversion rate

  • 35 calls booked per week

    • Primarily inbound, but outbound is expected

  • Outbound KPI: 5-10 outbound sets per week or 50-100 dials per day

    • (Optimizing for Sets rather than meaningless dials)

Commission :

  • 10% commission on cash collected (approx. 90% cash-based)

Bonus Structure:

  • $250K cash collected in a month = $5K bonus
