Core Offer : You are selling a hands-off, managed business asset. Your mission is to connect with high-net-worth individuals and busy professionals, articulating the long-term value of a professionally managed e-commerce income stream.
$27K–$55K packages
Revenue: $1.1M-$1.5M/month
Schedule, Requirements, & Standards :
Full Time in US time zones required with very high standards and accountability
Responsibilities:
Conduct consultations with warm inbound leads, demonstrate the value of a "done-for-you" service, and close high-ticket contracts.
Team Meetings:
Team Meetings: 1 daily meeting and 1 separate weekly meeting
KPIs:
Minimum 25–30% conversion rate
8 booking slots per day, 45-minute bookings (35 per week)
Primarily inbound, but outbound is expected when inbound volume isn't full
Yes, there is a dialer.
Commission:
10% of contract value
Average commission per sale is $2,700
Performance Bonus:
Earn an additional $5,000 cash bonus when you collect $200,000 in revenue in a single calendar month (equivalent to closing 8 deals).
