Overview : csGuru serves as a reverse recruiting and career coaching partner for Customer Success professionals. The company helps candidates stand out in highly competitive job markets by proactively sourcing opportunities through its exclusive network of hiring companies while providing expert interview coaching. By combining targeted opportunity sourcing with strategic preparation, csGuru positions candidates to secure multiple offers faster and with greater confidence than they would navigating the job search on their own.

OTE: (On Target Earnings) : $6k–$10k/month during ramp, with $10k–$15k post-ramp.

Schedule, Requirements, & Standards :

  • The top performers on this offer are focused on it full time with high standards and high accountability, working US time zones

    • Full-time role

    • 4-5 slots per day minimum

Commission Structure: 

  • 15% of Cash Collected on $4k front-end fee

  • Commissions do not include a % of first year's salary after job placement

Bonus: 

  • $1K at $50K per month

  • $2.5K at $100K per month

  • $5K at $150K per month

Nice to Haves:

  • Familiar with NEPQ, Bill Walsh, Hormozi style selling

  • Experience selling career coaching or have hired or worked with a career coach before

  • You’ve been an AM/CSM previously (1+ year) or understand the process in-depth

  • 10+ years of corporate experience or maybe someone who has good experience selling to their avatar

  • Understand B2B SaaS / has experience in and around those types of companies (ICP)

Must Haves:

  • Someone willing to follow a proven process / script / take feedback

  • No lone-wolf mentality / entitlement attitude

  • Ages 30-50 or passes as such / maturity (ICP)

  • Must be willing to allow us to makeover your Linkedin profile with our branding, case studies, posts, etc, and list us in your work experience.

    • This will also increase your close rate.

    • Prospects tend to research and/or connect w/the Closer they’re speaking with on Linkedin prior to the call.
